Mango nice cream with chocolate syrup receipt - Vegan and healthy all the way






I would feel guilty if I didn't make a post of  this particular  natural mango  vegan nice cream in which I created inspired by many others types of nice creams.



.I have been making a lot of nice cream quite often , and how can I not? After following a good amount of Vegans on instagram, it is easy to get inspired.

What surprises me  the most is how simple and tasty all of the nice creams receipts can be  . Not to mention how healthy it can be, specially when you pick fruits with important nutrients in it such as mangos.

This one was my own creation however inspired by others.

For those that doesn't know, mago is a fruit that can have, depending on the size about 2.5 g of protein, along with  very important nutrients . Therefore go out there and buy Mangos !

For this recepit ,  you will need ;


1 food processor ; 2 chopped frozen mangos


1 Cup of  cup of almond milk (not dairy ) 1/2 for the mango nice cream the other 1/2 for the syrup.    

 Remember to never use dairy: use can coconut milk or  almond milk for this one, but remember that there are many alternatives for not dairy milks that can be much better for us and kind to the animals. 

For the chocolate syrup;

4 tbs of coconut sugar ( I always use organic coconut sugar stead of refined sugar since it is healthier )
4 tbs of cocoa powder 
1/2  cup of chopped walnuts 
3 tbs of chia seeds.
1/2 cup of almond milk.

Steps;

Freeze the mangos in pieces for 10 h to 24 h . 

Trow the junks of frozen mangos on the food processor. Use a spoon to help become creme , use a bit of almond milk less then 1/2 cup ; wait until get creme like ice cream.

For the chocolate syrup;


In a no stick pan; use a bit of coconut oil so it won't stick; 
Trow 1/ 2 of almond milk; 2 spoons of cocoa powder; with coconut sugar ; Mix it until you you get a consistence  creme warm syrup .

it wouldn't take more then 3 minutes.

In a bow trow the Mango nice cream ; then trow the chocolate syrup then the chia seeds and walnuts .'

Now you have a tasty refreshing healthy desert with about 12 g of plant based protein and 0 cruelty in it.

You will also benefit from the lack of conservatives .it is natural and super healthy.

If you are trying to be vegan, or already a vegan  or trying to be  healthier this can be a great option for you as a vegan snack, or desert .


Being vegan for me, is all about being kind and have compassion for all animals, but what amazes me the most  is that by being vegan doesn't only save about 1  animal a day, it benefit other facts of life as well such as the environmental , world hunger, and my own health.
