Veganism is mostly a rejection of violence , an activism of unity then a diet

Long Post alert, but necessary . From my point of view so far; Veganism is pretty simple to understand , it is  a way of life where individuals don't collaborate with exploitation of animals for food , products or entertainment .   Mostly being vegan means not participate in violent of cruelty towards animals for food and clothing   It is a mind set, you will need to be mentally motivated to be on the vegan path. Being vegan is not being better is basically not wanting to be part of a horrific Animal  agriculture industry that torture animals, rape take their babies way and so on..Being vegan is despite  hunting as a sport , or use  animals fabrics for clothing..and also not collaborating with circuses, ZOO, , aquariums, Rodeos,; which are nothing else then animal cruelty. Well,  in a way when humans live their lives without collaborating to horrific animal cruelty and  not turning their back on animals, make them a better human.  It comes down to a point where eith

Exemples in how to get Vegan protein from fruits and seeds

If you think fruits doesn't have protein, think again ; They do; may not be in a big amount; but they can add a good amount of daily healthy protein along with seeds and not dairy milks . You can make it tasty and fun . 4 processed bananas with 4 spoons of cocoa and 4 spoons of  chia seeds , 2 chopped peaches  1/2 cups of walnuts  and 2 spoons of coconut sugar ; Tasty and healthy with plenty of protein in it. The media misleads kids by trying to define what is "cool " to consume .

On this comercial the well know food chain is telling kids that eating these foods are "fun" and "good", therefore  in order to have fun and feel good we all show consume their products  . They ar creating characters to send false messages to kids.  In other words . "We all should eat unkind and unhealthy food and become addict to the whole idea,  and develop diseases later on as adults . Let's all keep destroying the rain forests and innocent animals as fast as we can for cheap hamburgers so we can "have fast easy cheap fun" and be "unhealthy " so we can create a fake wealth ." These publicity films are leading societies to become part of the addicts categories . Here is why ; These fast foods has potential chemicals that makes the body addictive to it,  and it is turning generations  to have  either psychological , or physical dependence on these products .  These junkie and unkind foods b
