Exemples in how to get Vegan protein from fruits and seeds

If you think fruits doesn't have protein, think again ;

They do; may not be in a big amount; but they can add a good amount of daily healthy protein along with seeds and not dairy milks .

You can make it tasty and fun .


4 processed bananas with 4 spoons of cocoa and 4 spoons of  chia seeds , 2 chopped peaches  1/2 cups of walnuts  and 2 spoons of coconut sugar ; Tasty and healthy with plenty of protein in it.

This fruit homemade oat meal has approximately  20 g of protein

this tasty combo will give you 26g of protein ; 1 cup of walnuts has 12 g of protein 2 spoons of chia seeds 8 g ; 1 mango 2.3 g of protein; each banana has approximately 1.3 g of protein .

yes you get approximately 26 g of protein on this simple combo of mango and cocoa nana cream .

Which means the rest of the meals will have more healthy plant based protein and many Vegans that know their homework will be getting more protein then no vegans.

You do not have lack of protein from not eating flash of animals and their products; you have protein deficiency by not consuming enough fruits, veggies and grains.
