Kind healthy veggie beans tacos receipt

Ingredients ; 5 tacos ; 1 package  2 cups of cooked brow beans;(14 g of protein ) 2 spoons of coconut oil ; salt;  black pepper; 1/2 chopped onions  2 leves of basil 3 cups of spinach( 6 g of protein) Place the cooked brow beans in a pan with 2 spoons of coconut oil, low heat , mix with salt , black pepper, basil, and 3 cups of spinach . place the tacos in a baked sheet ; add the beans with spinach  pre heat to 410 f for 5 minutes ; leave it for 15 minutes; Now you have a tasty healthy Vegan meal ; add spices and more vegetables if you like . It is so easy to make.  Note ; Beans is another great source of proteins, as a matter a fact all beans are .

Guacumuele salad with roasted chickpeas - High Protein Healthy Tasty Vegan Dish

Ingredients ; For 1 person ; 1/5 cup of Chickpeas (9.5 g of protein ) 3 cups of  chopped Kale (approximately (10g of protein) 1/5 avocado  ( 1.5 g of protein ) 2 cups of chopped spinach ( approximately (3 g of protein) 1 chopped cucumber 1 cup of lemon juice Lemon juice 2 chopped chopped onions salt ; 4 spoons of mustard 2 spoons of cilantro 4 spoons of coconut oil 3  chopped leaves of basil oregano Guacamole Salad ; in a  big bowl ; smash the avocados  , add 3 spoons of chopped onions  mix it with it   for 1 minute until become creme consistence ; add salt; black pepper, keep mixing ; add the chopped kale ; chopped spinach; 1/5 of lemon juice ; one spoon of coconut oil , basil  and mix it for another 2 minutes. Leave the guacamole   salad on the site and trow the chopped cucumbers on top . P re heat the over to 400F for 5 minutes; trow the cooked  chickpeas in a baked pan sheet with no stick coconut oil ; trow sale the rest of the chopped onions, cilantr

ingredients   3 Bananas; 1 chopped apples; 3 spoons of cinnamon sugar ; 2 spoons of coconut sugar 5 spoons of chia seeds; 1 big cup of blueberries; ---- Processed the bananas in peaces in the in food processor with 3 spoons of coconut power and coconut sugar until becomes creme ; add 4 spoons of Chia seeds. Pre heat the oven to 400F for 5 minutes trow the chopped apples with cinnamon sugar and coconut sugar leave it for 15 minutes. Trow it all together in a bow once the apples are baked and sweet ; the chocolate banana processed with Chia seeds; chopped baked apples in which you can add more chia as well. add the blueberries ; and there  you go. A tasty healthy breakfast or desert ; Potassium with antioxidants are always  big plus and if it has taste , ti is every better.  I recommend to make these often using other fruits or seeds; It is easy and fast.

This is an extremely tasty healthy  receipt high in protein and others important nutrients; Get the ingredients first  at your local market ; Ingredients ; 5 thin tortillas 4 cups of cooked black beans beans ; 2 chopped onions; 1 cup of hot sauce; 4 spoons of cilantro; salt black pepper parsley 4 leaves of basil 1 chopped red , green or yellow pepper 2 dente of smash garlic 1/5 cup of coconut oil 1/3 cup of olive oil 1/5 cup of chopped bak olives; 5 cups of cooked kale 5 cups of cooked spinach 3 cups of chick peas ; 2 chopped guacamole 1/2 lemon juice 1 cup of smash walnuts 1 step ) In a food processor ; trow the chickpeas ; kale; spinach ; slices of avocados , 2 spoons of olive oil;2 spoon of coconut oil ;2 spoons of cilantro; salt black pepper; 1 leave of basil ; parsley ;4 spoons of  chopped onions and the walnuts .
