This is an extremely tasty healthy receipt high in protein and others important nutrients;
Get the ingredients first at your local market ;

5 thin tortillas
4 cups of cooked black beans beans ;
2 chopped onions;
1 cup of hot sauce;
4 spoons of cilantro;
salt
black pepper

4 leaves of basil
1 chopped red , green or yellow pepper
2 dente of smash garlic
1/5 cup of coconut oil
1/3 cup of olive oil
1/5 cup of chopped bak olives;
5 cups of cooked kale
5 cups of cooked spinach
3 cups of chick peas ;
2 chopped guacamole
1/2 lemon juice
1 cup of smash walnuts

In a food processor ; trow the chickpeas ; kale; spinach ; slices of avocados , 2 spoons of olive oil;2 spoon of coconut oil ;2 spoons of cilantro; salt black pepper; 1 leave of basil ; parsley ;4 spoons of chopped onions and the walnuts .
Wait until it gets creme like a green Hummus

Spread 1 spoon of coconut oil in through a bake sheet ; place the raw tortillas ; trow first the green hummus , spreading it out into the corners ; then trow the grilled spice beans with olives and everything else on top of the green hummus and add a good amount of hot sauce on top of it.
Pre heat the over up to 400F for over 6 minutes before placing the Beans tortillas;
Leave for 15 minutes , when the borders of the tortillas start to become light brown, lower the heat to 320 F and leave for 4 to 5 more minutes and is ready.Make it that the color of the tortillas doesn't become doesn't become more then dark brown , take it off before that.
You have now a delicious meals for 2 to 3 people. You can fold it down and eat as a sandwich or cut it and eat as pizza.
