Vegan Chocolate Chia seeds smoothie bowl l with baked apples and blueberries
ingredients
3 Bananas;
1 chopped apples;
3 spoons of cinnamon sugar ;
2 spoons of coconut sugar
5 spoons of chia seeds;
1 big cup of blueberries;
----Processed the bananas in peaces in the in food processor with 3 spoons of coconut power and coconut sugar until becomes creme ; add 4 spoons of Chia seeds.
Pre heat the oven to 400F for 5 minutes trow the chopped apples with cinnamon sugar and coconut sugar leave it for 15 minutes.
Trow it all together in a bow once the apples are baked and sweet ; the chocolate banana processed with Chia seeds; chopped baked apples in which you can add more chia as well. add the blueberries ; and there you go. A tasty healthy breakfast or desert ;
Potassium with antioxidants are always big plus and if it has taste , ti is every better.
I recommend to make these often using other fruits or seeds; It is easy and fast.
