Kind healthy veggie beans tacos receipt
Ingredients ;
5 tacos ; 1 package
2 cups of cooked brow beans;(14 g of protein )
2 spoons of coconut oil ;
salt;
black pepper;
1/2 chopped onions
2 leves of basil
3 cups of spinach( 6 g of protein)
Place the cooked brow beans in a pan with 2 spoons of coconut oil, low heat , mix with salt , black pepper, basil, and 3 cups of spinach .
place the tacos in a baked sheet ; add the beans with spinach
pre heat to 410 f for 5 minutes ;
leave it for 15 minutes;
Now you have a tasty healthy Vegan meal ; add spices and more vegetables if you like . It is so easy to make.
