Vegan vegetable mini pizzas with baked seasoned baked potatoes, chickpeas, steamed vegetables receipt


Ingredients  Ingredients and seasoning ; pumpkin seeds; sea salt; coconut oil;1 cup of parsley ; 1 cup of oregano; 4 leaves of basil; cilantro ; 2 chopped onions ; 2 smash garlic , 2 spoons of black pepper , 2 spoons of regular salt ; teriyaki sauce ; 1 spoon of flour, 3 spoons of coconut milk.no stick coconut oil pan , 1 cup of smashed almonds. Pizza sauce; 4 cups of organic (dairy free) pizza sauce , 5 slices of green pepper; 5 slices of red pepper; 1/2 chopped onion; 2 spoons of coconut oil; 2 spoons of salt; black pepper; 1 smash garlic; 4 spoons of oregano; 2 leaves of basil ; 2 chopped tomatoes, 1 cup of chopped mushrooms 1 pound of broccoli ; 4 cups of spinach ; 3 cups of kale; 4 tomatoes ( 2 for the pizza and 2 for the steamed vegetables) 2 cups of cooked chickpeas 2 potatoes. 3 slices of organic dairy free mini pizzas (comes in packages ) Cooked the broccolis and chickpeas separately .

Leave the chick peas separately; In a pan trow one spoon of coconut oil, trow the broccolis ; with spinach and kale ; add 3 spoons of chopped onions; sea salt; 1 cup of teriyaki sauce with 2 spoons of flour and 2 spoons of coconut milk , smashed almonds and 2 spoon of pumpkin seeds . Mixed it all until become a creme consistence , it will take about 4 to 5 minutes on high heat, then leave it in a container; Pre heat the oven to 420 F for 10 minutes. Spray a baked sheet with coconut oil no stick pan ; trow the cooked chickpeas , with potatoes cut in thin rounded or diagonal slices ; Added to the chick peas and potatoes 2 spoons of coconut oil; 1 spoon of cilantro; parsley, salt, chopped onions, one chopped tomatoes . Leave in the oven for 15 minutes , or until the potatoes stared to get brown and crispy ; Take the baked crispy potatoes and baked chickpeas out ; put in a big plate with the steamed broccoli , kale and spinach mix , all separately . Vegan tiny vegetable Pizza ; Pre heat the over to 400 F for 15 minutes Cover with a spoon the pizza though with the organic dairy free pizza sauce ; trow the slices of peppers; onions; broccoli ; chopped tomatoes; 1/2 cup of oregano; 3 leaves of basil; salt; smashed garlic ;salt . 1 spoon of coconut oil . Spray no stick coconut oil pan in a baked sheet, place the pizzas separately ; Leave in the over for 20 minutes, lower to 350f after stared to become a bit brown. Check if it is crispy into take it off. Now you have two amazing tasty vegan dishes with important nutrients for 2 .



 The combination with walnuts; spinach; Kale; pumpkin seeds, broccoli and potatoes will give you a high amount of protein and other amazing nutrients. Note; you can eat the crisp baked potatoes with ketchup. The green and red peppers and onions are great antioxidants and more. Everything about this meal is great; it is healthy ,tasty and mostly important , there is none animal products in it; no suffering is needed for a tasty nutrition meal ; no warm on or environmental either and is exelent for our bodies.
