Video of my dog Lilly and I , mostly edit images from some of our many adventures in different places; such as Vermont; NYC; NJ; CT; Idaho, Rio Brazil and Seattle.  Lilly has been my companion for so many years, my best friend, she truly help me with anxiety to ravel , specially planes and cars . She is fearless and has been assisting me to fearless too with her passion to want see the world and explore. All of these simple moments had so many joy in it thanks to my Lilly, she has the power to turn everything into magic. remember it is not the breed that makes a dog great, all dogs and animals has the power to share their unique intelligence . There are many dogs waiting for homes in foster cares, rescues and shelter and they can be your best friend just like Lilly has been my for 11 years. #adoptdon'tshop #adopt #dogs

This beauty is absolutely tasty and healthy . Feeling like having a tasty ice cream without chemicals, still tasty  and also  without cruelty of the dairy ? This si for you, for me and for everyone, a     a must try and very easy to make it if you have once you have food processor and the ingredients  ; Ingredients   1 package of frozen blackberries; or 4 cups of frozen blackberries in a container, covered  (14 hours) ; 1 cup of chia seeds  3 spoons fo coconut sugar  1/ 5 banana 4 spoons do almond milk (No dairy) 1/2 cup of walnuts . In the food processor, trow the frozen blackberries, let it mix until becomes creme, add the coconut sugar the 1/2 banana while mixing and the spoons of coconut milk , and mix it until a very creme consistence  . (it will tae you less then 4 minutes) Trow in a bowl, add the chia seeds and walnuts and it is ready. This is super tasty, one of my favorite deserts ; It has a lot of fiber antioxidants, flavor and more.

Just a simple video of my partner and best friend Lilly Foschino playing fetch while our visit in Rio de janeiro. Being there without her wouldn't be the same, she really had the time of her life. Every second with Lilly is pure joy, it has been like this since we met in 2006 , My lilly and I have this special friendship and bond that is hard to describe into words, but when I look back and look it now, i can only feel grateful for her and all of ur fun moments, I am fortunate enough to still be able to have lovely moments like this one in the video with my furry angel. Dogs are family, and there are many dogs available for adoption in foster homes, rescues and shelters. Do never buy adopt. Adopt your best friend.
