Scrabble Tofu vegetables avocado toast receipt - High in protein and kind to animals



 Seasoning for the scrabble Tofu ingredients  ;

3 spoons of coconut oil
3 spoons of parsley
Salt;
Black pepper ;
2 spoons of basil;
1/2  chopped onions
1 spoon of garlic powder


!/2 Firm  Tofu for 3 to 4 toasts 

First dry with a towel the tofu ;
in a bow ; smash the tofu with a fork into become into  grounded texture
trow salt ; black pepper ; onions and mix for a few second,

add 1 spoon of coconut oil;
add the parsley , and keep mixing;
add the garlic powder and keep mixing for a few second.

Use a no stick pan if possible add the rest of coconut oil, wait for a few seconds before trow the Scrabble Tofu seasoned texture ; add more parsley and salt and keep mixing;

For more taste and Health add boiled small carrots into the tofu scrabble texture and mixed for a while adding a bit of more salt.



Leave the carrots scrabble tofu on a bowl while making the vegetables avocado texture for the toast ;


Seasoned and ingredients  for the vegetable avocado ;

1 peeled and smash avocado

salt;
1/2 cup of lemon juice;
1 spoon of hot sauce
black pepper;
1 spoon of bail leaves;
1 spoon of parsley;
1/2 chopped onions;
2 cups of chopped kale
1/2 chopped tomatoes
4 chopped slices of cucumbers
2 spoons of chia seeds;
1 cup of chopped spinach ;


In a bowl trow the smash avocado trow first the lemon juice then the rest of the seasoning and mix for a couple of seconds; add the spinach , chia seeds , onions and kale and mix a little bit more until become creme.



Separate 3 to 4 rye wheat toasts breads ;
Add the vegetable  avocado texture first on each of the toasts and then the  carrots scrabble Tofu on top .


Now you have a tasty high in protein and nutrients meal; it can be great for breakfast or lunch.



First cut the avocados ; chopped the vegetables before start mixing with the seasoning ingredients 


This is a tasty easy healthy meal with at least 25 g of protein ;


Remember that when comes down to kindness to animals and health; calories is not a concern;
Our bodies absorve vegan protein from plants and grains immediately ; while flash of animals take longer due the lack of fiber ;
Our bodies are also able to transform good nutrients from vegetables and grans into important nutrients faster which will just make us healthier and stronger.


Although Veganism  is not all about fitness mostly about saving animals, for those  who  are concern with  weight lost and be in shape ; The best way is to adjust to  regular physical activities  with daily mostly not processed vegan healthy food .

This vegan dish  just described how unlimited   creative, tasty  simple  vegan food can be and the opposite of crazy .


Being vegan benefit everyone; the animals the most, our environmental, our health , prevent and reverse diseases ,  and help world hunger.
