The kind grilled Veggie burger with avocado salad and seeds receipt
Ingredients
1 avocado
2 veggie burgers
1 chopped onion
4 slices of tomatoes
1 cup of hope kale
Seasoning
3 spoons of chia seeds
2 spoons of hot sauce
2 leaves of green chopped salsa
salt
Black pepper
2 spoon of coconut oil
2 spoon of parsley
2 spoons of basil leaves
1/2 cup of lemon juice
Ketchup
Mustard
1/2 spoon of Oregano
In a bowl smash the avocado with lemon juice and mix with 1/2 chopped onions , 1 spoon of parsley , 1 spoon of basil leaves, salt, black pepper . Trow 2 spoons of chia seeds on top .
Separate the avocado salad while grilling seasoning the veggie burgers;
In a pan, use a no stick coconut oil spray, wait for 30 seconds trow the rest of coconut oil, the rest of the onions , mix it for a while.
While mixing trow the 2 burgers , add the rest of parsley, salt, black pepper and a little bit more of coconut oil. and the chopped green salsa. Keep grilling for a while lowering the heat until turn a bit brown .
In a plate , place the first burger, spread a spoon of mustard and ketchup and hot sauce ,onions and slices of tomatoes

Place haply of the avocado salad mix on top of the veggie burger ;
Place the second veggie burger on top of the Avocado salad and spread mustard , ketchup , a bit of onions, a slice of tomato, oregano' For last, spread the rest of avocado salad mix on top add chia seeds, more ketchup and a bit of hot sauce .
Now you will have a healthy tasty high in protein vegan snack or side dish;
eat with brown rice, crispy baked tomatoes , green leaves such kale and spinach or grilled broccoli .
