Many vegans around the globe have been making home made nice cream with frozen fruits in which can easily lead to a tasty healthy vegan ice cream .
Ingredients :
For 2;5 bananas
1 cup of chopped walnuts
4tbs of chia seeds
8 tbs of raw cocoa
4 tbs of apple syrup
6tbs of coconut sugar
5 tbs of vanilla strict
1 mint leave .
1 cup of coconut milk
1/2 cup of almond milk
Instructions
First peel the the bananas , chop them , trow in a container , cover them and leave in the freeze up to 14 h to 20 h
Once you have the frozen bananas ready, trow them in the food processor , add one cup of coconut milk, add 4 Tbs of coconut sugar, 4 tbs of raw cocoa, chia seeds, 4 Tbs of maple syrup . vanilla strict , and mint. Mix until it all become creme
For the hot syrup ;
In a separate no stick pan, add 1/2 cup of almond milk 4 tbs of raw cocoa , mix in high heat until become a dark creme conscience .
Mix the hot cocoa syrup with the rest , add 1 cup of walnuts and leave at the fridge in a big container up to 3 hours.
