Tasty Vegan homemade protein shakes receipts

This is a fast, easy, fun and tasty way to get a great amount of protein and other important nutrients , such as; fiber, omega -3, antioxidants and so on. There is a great feeling knowing exactly what goes on inside our bodies without chemicals and animal products. 

Protein is found in many different plants, fruits ,seeds and grains, therefore making a high in  protein shake can be a peace of cake by combing a tasty healthy combo. It is a great feeling to feel healthier  and stronger. Having often intakes of green juices with vegan protein and antioxidants will bring many healthy benefits. 

Despite of the green color of this high vegan protein and antioxidants shake , it is very tasty an refreshing. 

Ingredients ;
2 bananas
3 tbs of spirulina
1 apple
2 slices of cucumber
2 slices of ginger
4tbs of coconut sugar 
3 tbs of hemp seeds
1 tbs of chia seeds
2 tbs of flax seeds
1/2 cup of kale
1 cup of spinach
1 cup of soy milk 

Instructions;

 Trow the fruits first into the blender, then the rest ; soy milk, coconut sugar, ginger, kale spinach, hemp seeds,chia seeds, spirulina  ,flax seeds, and let it mix for one minute and is ready.

Now you have approximately  over  40 g of protein shake along with other great nutrients such as fiber, antioxidants, B-12, Omega-3 , fatty acids , iron and more.





Hemp seeds , chia seeds, spirulina are great resources for many important minerals, such as B-12 on spirulina; protein; fiber; fatty acids; Omega -3 . Flax seeds is a must as well. You can add them in salads, soups fruits and shakes.



We can make green tasty shakes high in protein in different ways using , perhaps , different fruits or different seeds or grains, such as dates, or peaches, plums or oats.

I got the idea of this shake from the social  media Instagram account @Tofu_fit_Guy who has a youtube channel with @Tofu_fit_girl with several tips from protein shakes, workout and tasty vegan meals.

It is a great things when vegans exchange information and inspire each other. 
Mostly is a great thing that many vegans are not alone and have the same goal which is to  build a world  with less animal cruelty,  a better environmental  and solve world hunger.



I could never tell that over 30 years ago when I was only a vegetarian that all of the amount of information and revolution on animals welfare, vegan nutrition and environmental would be available. There is a lot to achieve , and everyday we can make a positive impact by adapting a vegan life style  in which will create a positive impact on the animals, on our health, on the environmental and world hunger. 



I have been making these green smoothies for a couple of days, and I stared using peaches stead of apples , maple  syrup stead of coconut sugar , and plums , just to create variety . You can also add oats , oranges and dates stead of the fruits I mentioned .


Many fruits has protein, bananas per instance may have 1.3 g of protein depending on the size., and other fruits can have even more then that. 


 
Vegans can have a high amount daily of protein and other important nutrients , which is quite the opposite of what most assume.
