T hese are one of everyday meals and snacks when I am too busy or too tired to cook; I make sure that my meals have all the important nutrients needed for a healthy life in it These meals are inexpensive, all the ingredients are easy to find; I try to add hemp seeds and flax seeds on my means for extra nutrients such as omegas and more. These meals and snacks have no secrets except how I flavor my food with minimum oiling.
